Delete your Build Pro account
How to request deletion of a company account and its data
We're sorry to see you go — but leaving is your right, and it is straightforward. Deleting a Build Pro account means the whole company workspace, so only the company owner can request it. There are two ways to start:
Fastest: from inside Build Pro
- Sign in as the company owner.
- Open Setup and find the “Close your account” card.
- Read what deletion covers, tick the confirmation, and submit the request.
Submitting the request deletes nothing on the spot — it comes to our team as a work item, we confirm it with you, and a person carries it out. You can withdraw the request from the same card at any time before it is processed.
Without signing in: by email
If you can't sign in, send the request by email instead:
- Send it from the email address on the account — that's how we know the request is really yours.
- Use the subject “Delete my Build Pro account” and include your company name.
- We reply to that address to confirm before anything is deleted. If we can't confirm the request came from the account's owner, we won't act on it.
What happens when it's processed
- Your company workspace is deleted permanently: every team login, and all of your leads, customers, estimates, contracts, jobs, invoices, documents, and job photos held in Build Pro.
- Copies of documents your customers already received — a signed contract or an invoice you sent them — stay with them; only our copies are deleted.
- Deletion cannot be undone. Export anything you need first: every job's documents can be exported from that job's page.
- We email you when the deletion is complete.
